Angelbear Original Pattern
Copyright Melanie Anne Smith November 2009-11-09
Materials required
4 mm needles
DK wool (any variations of colour)
Black/Brown DK wool for facial features
Toy stuffing
Darning needle
NB: Please remember the pattern techniques are NOT a must. We would rather receive a bear knitted in garter stitch throughout than no
bear at all. So if you are new to knitting just cast on the correct amount of stitches for each piece and knit the correct amount of rows. A
jazzy plain knitted bear is just as exciting to a child as one knitted to the letter of my pattern. Provided the safety stipulations are
followed on all bears there are no limitations placed on your bear. Every bear is an individual & that is how it absolutely should be!
PLEASE READ THE SAFETY GUIDELINES BEFORE STARTING TO KNIT
